WHAT IS THE DATA CAPTURE BOT?
This feature is like a survey bot. The bot will have a series of questions that will be asked if the bot is assigned a specific keyword.
When the person answers, that answer will be collected and summarized at the end of the survey.
WHAT IS NEEDED?
Well, for anything related to the data you want to get from the interactive conversation with the bot.
The following example will show a bot making a dentist appointment from a userte.
- Enter the keyword to start booking the dentist appointment
- Enter greetings
- Choose the type of buttons
- Enter YES and activate “capture>>start>>dentist”
- Enter NO and activate “capture>>cancel”
