How to create a default auto reply if there are no matching keywords?
- Go to the “Auto Reply” menu
- Click the “Add New Auto Responder” button.
- Enter “defaultAutoreply” in the auto-reply keyword textbox
- Put “Hi {name}, I’m sorry but I don’t understand you. Can you click the button below?” in the answer text box
- Put “Call Now!” and “Mobile number” on button 1
- Put “Go to menu” and “test” on button 2
- Click the Submit button to save.
