No refunds will be given in case any of the customer’s WA numbers have been blocked by the respective service provider or target audience. This is because the situation varies from client to client and completely depends on the use case. In the event of discontinuity in our operations, we may not be able to provide updates thereafter. Please note that no refunds will be provided in this scenario.

We depend on the web server and WA API. In the event of an interruption to our operations, we may not be able to provide software updates and support from that point forward. Your existing apps will continue to work as is (if WA makes no changes).
Please note that no refunds will be provided in this scenario. FURTHERMORE, IF THE PROGRAM NO LONGER WORKS DUE TO THE INTRODUCTION OF NEW BLOCKING/SECURITY MEASURES OR UPDATES/RESTYLING OF THE WHATSAPP PLATFORM, YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ANY REFUND. We do not provide any refunds for issues originating from WhatsApp. We do not provide any refund IF YOUR NUMBERS ARE BLOCKED BY WhatsApp.
However, Whatsender.it will do its best to adapt to future challenges to the extent possible in order to serve its customers.
Applicable law
